What Is Thermally-fused Melamine?

Melamine panels consist of a melamine resin-impregnated decorative paper, thermally fused to the particleboard substrate. Thermal fusion takes place under heat and pressure and permanently bonds the impregnated paper to the substrate. A melamine-faced board is a product that is highly resistant to abrasion and other mechanical agents. It comes in a wide range of colors, patterns, textures and sizes for furniture construction and interior decoration. We can also provide high-pressure laminate to match our melamine panels.
