Prefinished Plywood

Honerkamp was one of the first to bring Prefinished panels into the market in the early 1990’s. Premium hardwood veneer panels in the customer’s choice of core material are in stock, with more species available for finishing upon request.

Prefinished panels help reduce manufacturing time and increase output. Durable and chemically resistant, Prefinished panels have become the choice panel for the manufacturer looking to reduce finishing costs and highlight the natural beauty of their wood choice. These UV cured panels are sealed and then cover coated in solid epoxy acrylate topcoats.

Many mills, foreign and domestic offer Prefinished panels – and they can come in a wide range of quality. Honerkamp has sought to partner with only high-quality producers of Prefinished products. One such high-quality partner is States Industries – the mill that began prefinishing and has maintained its leadership in quality and product variety. Honerkamp distributes NOVA ultraviolet cured prefinished panels from States Industries.

Panels

Stocked Panels are available from 1/4” to 1” thick and in 4 x 8 and 4 x 10 sizes.

Many other species and size options are available on request. Cut to size orders are welcomed. Panels can also be finished in a variety of coatings: High Gloss, Medium Gloss, Satin, Opaque, and Translucent.

Color matching is available for projects that need added color before finishing. Material color sample required. Call for details.

Prefinished Maple blanks for drawers are available in ½” in heights from 2” to 10”. Select the blank which meets your drawer height needs to quickly cut drawer boxes.
